Main conditions

General bike rental conditions of Bikearea Association, Sofia - Bulgaria for 2008

1. The bike is put out to lease by Bikearea Association, called the LESSOR, in good technical state and condition to the LESSEE at the prices quoted in the table below.

2. The LESSEE is obliged to:
- return the hired bicycle, together with all the gear and equipment described in the agreed rent term at the leasing point in accordance with this agreement. In case the LESSEE does not return the rented bike on time, they will have to pay to the LESSOR the amount charged per hour.( Delayed return of more than 12 hours after the validity period of this contract, without informing the LESSOR shall be considered as misappropriation of the leased bike and the LESSOR shall inform the authorities, declaring the bike and the LESSEE for inquiry).

- leave a bike hire deposit in favour of the LESSOR in relation to these bike hire terms. The ammount of the deposit is 50 leva and will be given back to the LESSEE at the time of return, provided the bike is in good state and condition.

- pay to the LESSOR for damages and broken or missing parts on the bike to full extent due to the pricing policy of the producing company for the current year (Velomania Ltd for DRAG Ontario and One Distribution Ltd for RAM HT 1).
3. Certificates of delivery and acceptance should be considered inseparable parts of the act of hire and must be signed by both sides.
4. Bikearea Association carries no responsibility for any kind of incidents or injuries associated with the hired bike.
5. The LESSEE pays to the LESSOR all the sums payable, determined by thе contract plus the deposit at the moment of signing of thе contract.
